Frequently Asked Questions

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. We will also accept a personal check, made out to Simply Sewn. Contact us for a mailing address. We will complete your order after your payment has cleared our bank.
Do you charge sales tax, and do your prices listed include tax? We do charge sales tax if you live in Texas. The prices listed do not include tax unless it is stated.
What is your shipping process? Most things are shipped UPS and are shipped from Boerne, Texas. The shipping cost depends on the product being shipped. We will communicate the cost to you when you place your order.
Can you gift wrap and send my order to someone other than me? Of course we can! We'll even include a gift card if you would like. Gift wrapping is complimentary. We will also take a picture of your order and email it to you so you can see the gift you are giving.
How long will it take to complete my order? It really depends on what you order. A nap mat cover, for example, will usually take less than a week. We will let you know when you can expect your item once you place your order. Please allow extra time during our busier months: Nap Mat Covers are in demand July, August, and September. Holidays are busier times as well.
Do you have a return policy? If your order does not meet your satisfaction once you receive it, we will make it right or happily refund your money, minus the shipping costs. (Please note that items which have been personalized may NOT be returned unless there is a mistake on our part.) Contact us for return instructions.
What is your Privacy Policy? At Simply Sewn we take your privacy seriously. We collect your billing and financial information which is only used to bill you for your products. We will NEVER share your information with anyone. Ever. Promise.
